Job Details: Total salary package of up to $172,500.00 per annum Roster: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks paid Program Leave Employment type:1 or 2-year fixed-term contract (extension available) Allocated work vehicle with approved personal use Fully furnished accommodation ($30/bedroom/fortnight) Remote travel allowance: $7,500/year (paid fortnightly) Program Leave: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks paid leave (in addition to annual leave) 4 weeks annual leave with loading Relocation assistance: $1,500 Salary sacrifice: Up to $16,000/year You will be living in a remote Aboriginal community in South Australia. Choose either fly in fly out every six weeks or relocate permanently. This is an incredible opportunity to step into a leadership role in remote health, where you’ll oversee a small, committed clinical team providing primary health care and emergency services to a vibrant and culturally rich community. You’ll play a vital part in supporting both your team and the community, balancing hands-on clinical care with operational leadership. The Role As the Clinic Team Leader, you will: Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the clinic team. Oversee rostering, budgets, stock control, and operational workflows. Ensure compliance with clinical governance, infection control, and accreditation standards. Contribute directly to patient care, including after-hours and emergency response. Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical best practice. In order to be eligible, you must: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. REC or equivalent training (essential). Proven leadership and team management experience. Valid driver’s license, police check and Working with Children clearance. Willingness to participate in after-hours and on-call work. The nearest airport is approximately a two-hour drive away, so access to your own vehicle is highly recommended.
